Thus, it is crucial for facilitator to believe that group members can control the smoothness of the group session. In early stage, group members need guidance. It will change throughout the session when the members feel that they are a team. They will cooperate with each other. Group members will try to guide the group to achieve their objective until the group dynamic change. Group rules are made together with facilitator and group members to strengthen the basic for group dynamic. With group rules, group members will know things that they can do and things that they cannot do during the session. Functions of Group Dynamic Form a profitable cooperation in solving life problems.
