The Torch Wizard™ Automatic Robotic & Semi-Automatic Nozzle Cleaning Stations assist in maintaining quality and productivity in your MIG welding cell by removing spatter build-up in the gas nozzle. Anti-Spatter (Blue Magic™) is applied via the center of the cutter which allows for "reaming" and "spraying" the nozzle simultaneously for shorter cleaning cycles and higher part production. The Torch Wizard Twin™ is designed for twin arc torches — it automatically switches from one nozzle to the other, quickly and effectively cleaning both tips. The Torch Wizard II™ is designed for semi-automatic welding situations, requiring only compressed air to operate, it removes spatter build-up in one swift motion. All stations come with a 1 year warranty.

Each of the base units require a reamer bit, a power/ control cable and an FRL. The reamer bit required is based on the I.D. of the gas nozzle being used.
