Torque, hub and hollow shaft calculation

  Enter the address www.ringfeder.com

  If doesn´t exist any registration, you can register first on the left side under “Login”.




  Fill all the information marked with a red star, please with goodness.




  Once you are registered, you go with the mouse on the left side to "calculation" where you can by pressing the left mouse button able to open the page.




  Now select a product („locking assemblies“ or „locking elements“).




  Now select a model by clicking on "Product details and sizes."




  Now when you view this page, you can step into the calculation program using the red "Calculation" button.




  This screen appears next. Now select on the top right the language.




  Now you can open a selection window and decide with the respective hooks which product ("Locking Assembly " or "Locking elements ") or series you need.




  Now you have to choose between torque, hub and hollow shaft calculation. As an example, now the transmissible torque calculation for locking assemblies was applied.




  Now select an appropriate size with the mouse itself. This is done by providing a complete line turns green and it retains.




  Now select an appropriate torque (TA) for the screws of your chip set. It must not be greater than ”TA max" and not less than ”TA min". Tap the number into the blank field and then press "Calculate”.




  The result is shown below. You can now calculate the appropriate hub by clicking below on "hub.”




  The result, for the hub pressure was applied and color-coded. Now you can enter the appropriate yield point, number of axial bores and the factor "C".




  The factor "C" consists of three values : [0.6, 0.8, 1]. To find the right value, you must identify the appropriate condition. For example: With or without axial bore, number of locking assembly, length requirement of the hub.




  Once you have decided on appropriate values, press the green button labeled "Calculate". You can now get the minimum hub outside diameter.




  You can after each of their calculation, store them in a project. Give the project a name and a comment if you want and press "Save".




  You get all the details back in PDF format. Jump to the last page or back?




  Now select a model by clicking on "Product details and sizes."




  Now when you view this page, you can step into the calculation program using the red "Calculation" button.

  Now select an appropriate number of screws and then the appropriate coefficient of friction (for the series consisting of stainless steel).




  Now choose a suitable property class, an appropriate screw size. Then go with the mouse on the green button with the words "Calculate" and press it with the left mouse button.




  At the bottom of the page, you get the result. Please ensure that the form is greater than the pressure wave!!




  You can after each of their calculation, save them in a project. Give the project a name and a comment if you want and press "Save".




  You get all the details back in PDF format.




  You can unsubscribe at the top right by moving the mouse on "Logout" and press the left mouse button.
