When Total Defense was created through its spinout from global IT leader CA Technologies in June 2011, its first priorities were honoring its commitments to the 40,000 business customers and hundreds of partners it transitioned from CA, providing those organizations with a higher level of service, and building its own stand-alone systems and resources.
