La Tua PastaAll La Tua pasta is made using a blend of selected ‘00’ and Durum Wheat flours. It has a high egg content (28%) so that the pasta is consistent and cooks well. All fillings are cooked from scratch in the kitchens: pumpkins are manually cut and roasted in the oven, mushrooms slowly cooked with white wine, garlic and parsley, the beef is marinated with red wine and vegetables and then slowly cooked and so on.
