This module of the Total Retirement Center (TRC) User Guide is designed to provide you with the following information:
How to submit your contribution files through our secure internet site.
How to check the Event Log after your submission.

Step 3: Enter in the totals of your contribution file including any forfeitures to be applied. These control totals willserve as an alert to MassMutual if they do not match your contribution file. Remember that you can only applyforfeitures to offset employer contributions. After entering these control totals, click the button labeled Browse…
