MICHAEL LAMONT - Advisory Board Member Of Touchstone Capital Group Holdings

Michael is a Principal at Seer Capital Management and Co-CIO of the Seer Capital Opportunity Funds,

responsible for Seer’s investments in ABS, CLOs and Europe, and is a member of the firm's investment

committee. He is a board member of the specialty finance companies Locam Spa and Mediocredito

Europeo Spa, both based in Rome, acts as a board observer overseeing Seer’s investments in operating

companies in marketplace lending and small business lending, and represents Seer on the credit committees

for loan vehicles in France and Germany. Prior to joining Seer at its founding in 2008 he co-headed the

CLO Group at Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2000, Mr. Lamont worked at Credit

Suisse First Boston in the Asset Finance Group and before that worked as a trader for the Kessler Asher

Group at the CBOE. Mr. Lamont holds a B.A. from Rice University, an M.S. in Statistics from New York

University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
