• Each setting has a setting of concerns, which will help develop and determine the

best technique to be applied.

Inside a Vehicle

• Type of building, entry/exit points, fire exits, location of comfort rooms, regulations regarding flow of people traffic and prohibitions, voice level, crowded areas, ascending and descending staircase.

Inside a Building

• Directional/information signs, waste disposal cans, presence of other tour groups/individuals, presence of local people, number of people, regulations regarding flow of people traffic, limitations and prohibitions
