*Need assistance getting from the HS parking lot? Tell the parking lot attendant and they will call for a Golf Cart!

*There are two Handicap parking spots available near the field. *Parking in the back grassy area is for Volunteers and workers only.

*No Animals on the fields*No tobacco products of any kind on school property

*We have to have room for an ambulance to be able to drive through the parking areas at all times. PLEASE, do NOT park where there are no parking lines. If you do...you WILL be towed.

*Please clean up your messes (don’t forget your water bottles left on the sidelines!!)

***FRIDAY NIGHT EARLY CHECK IN***We will open the walk up gate at 7:00pm sharp to allow you to bring your tents in and set up as well as check your teams in and collect your T-Shirts. Please be patient as there is usually a long line. We will be there until at least 8:00....and since you already know where your tent location will be....you can show up anytime between 7:00and 8:00pm. Leave tents at your own risk.

A NEW WAY TO GET AROUND!!!We are renting TWO 8 passenger Golf Carts to help you load up your gear

from distant parking spaces. We will not be letting anyone “Drop Off” items at the bottom of the

ramp this year. We will have pick up locations by the Baseball Field Parking Lot (which we have access to this year!) and the Stadium Parking Lot. Please note where the pick up locations are on the photo below. Bring all your items to those

pick up locations and our Volunteer Golf Cart Drivers will be by within minutes!! We will have a Boy Scout Troop volunteering as parking

attendants...so please be kind to them. They are only doing what we’ve instructed them to do. Once a parking lot is full, it will be CLOSED. When leaving the field, you may access the Golf Carts as well. They can either

take a “designated driver” back up to the car (this will not happen until 12:00pm), and that person can come pick up the rest of the family, OR you can load all your gear up and they’ll take you and your “Stuff” back up to

your car. Please be patient with us...this is our first year doing this. We are trying to avoid cars parking illegally or in dangerous locations. The bottom lot fills up very quickly, so give yourself plenty of time to catch the “Sizzler Express”. If you or a guest needs a handicap parking spot, there are two located in the lower parking lot. If those are full, PLEASE contact a Scout

and they will radio in to a driver to come pick up that person.
