Call to order 3 Commission Chair Holley called the meeting to order at 6:30p.m. 4 5 Roll Call 6 Present Commissioner Ellis 7 Commission Chair Holley 8 Commissioner Riddile 9 10 Absent Commissioner Erickson 11 Commissioner Rippy 12 13 Also present at the meeting was Administrative Assistant/Municipal Court Clerk Mindy 14 Andis. 15 16 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST 17 No Commissioner reported conflicts of interest with respect to items on the agenda. 18 19 REVIEW MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING 20 Motion: Commissioner Riddile made a motion to approve the minutes from 21 February 25, 2013 as amended. Commissioner Ellis seconded the motion and it 22 passed unanimously. 23 24 COMMISSION COMMENTS 25 None stated 26 27 Discussion of the New Castle Highland Cemetery Map 28 Commission Chair Holley handed out the flyer for the Spirit Walk, which is exhibit A 29 to these minutes. She asked the commission what they thought about using the 30 picture from the flyer for either the front or back of the cemetery map, then use the 31 photo from Kelley Cox for the other side. 32 33 The Commission agreed to use the Spirit Walk photo for the front and then put the 34 photo from Kelley Cox on the back of the cemetery map. 35 36 Chair Holley also handed out information that could be on the front of the cemetery 37 map, which is exhibit B to these minutes. The commission reviewed the text and 38 agreed to use the text if there is room. 39 40 Discussion of 316 W. Main St. Building Permit Application 41 Commissioner Ellis spoke as a citizen in regards to his building permit application. Mr. 42 Ellis handed out drawings of what the front of the building is going to look like, which 43 is exhibit C to these minutes Mr. Ellis stated that the new drawing has more detail 44 than the previous drawing.
