WHY THE “DIY ELECTRIC CYCLE KIT”?

• Realization 1– If we build an electric cycle ourselves, we would be

competing in the same market space as the Existing Large Indian Cycle manufacturers

• Realization 2– We wanted to build a “Bottom of the Pyramid” solution as

we see a very large untapped potential from existing cycle users for a “Conversion Kit” rather than a buying a NEW electric cycle

• Realization 3– A “Conversion Kit” has a potential for solution for

converting 3rd Generation Bike-Sharing schemes, hence has export potential too
