5. Reliability : 5.1 Strength test:

The load of 20N ( 1.0/20N; 0.8/15N; 0.7, 0.6, 0.5/10N) shall be applied to the terminal and hold for 1minute. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

5.2 Bending strength: The load of 10N ( 1.0/10N; 0.8, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5 / 5N) shall be applied to the terminal, from the vertical direction bending 90º,back to original position, the opposite direction bending 90º, back to original position,those 4 steps is one cycle, total test 2 cycles. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

5.3 Vibration: Amplitude:1.5mm Max,1 minute change from 10Hz-55Hz-10Hz, vibration direction: three axials X,Y,and Z, vibration time: each axial 2 hours, total of 6 hours; Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

5.4 High temperature resistance: The transformer shall be stored at 125±2 for 500 hours. then take out on standard atmospheric pressure for 2 hours.Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

5.5 Cool resistance:The transformer shall be stored at -25±2 for 500 hours. then take out on standard atmospheric pressure for 2 hours.Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

5.6 Damp heat: The transformer shall be stored at 40±2 and relative humidity 90%~95% for 500 hours. then take out on standard atmospheric pressure for 2 hours. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

5.7 Shock: The transformer shall be test 5 cycles,then take out on standard atmospheric pressure for 2 hours. Note: Step 1-2-3-4 is one cycle. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

5.8 Solder ability test Put the terminal in fluxing for 2~3 seconds,after fluxing,component terminal shall be dipped in a melted solder bath at 235 5 for 2.5 0.5seconds. More than 90% of terminal electrode should be covered with solder. Note: Solder ability should meet TPV RoHS RDS-02

5.9 Solder heat test Preheat temperature 120 for 80 seconds,After preheat,put the component terminal dipped in a melted solder bath at 260+5/-0 for 10 seconds.Then inspect the sample. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

Solder heat test should meet TPV RoHS RDS-02
