Striped lamps: specify a color combination for the striped beads and a color from the samecombination for the solid beads.
Solid-color lamps: specify the solid colors, from one of our color combinations, top to bottom.
Specify a base color, either grey or matte black.
Specify a shade fabric: bronze silk, cream silk, silver silk, white silk, or oatmeal linen.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
For manufacturing and/or improvement reasons, Tracy Glover Studio reserves the right tochange, at any time and without prior warning, the technical and/or design specificationsof any product shown.
LAMP SHADES
All lamp pricing includes the shade. All shades available in a choice of 4 silks and 1 linen.
CORDS
All table lamps are wired with an 8' long, transparent, silver cord. All floor lamps are wiredwith a 12' long, transparent, silver cord.
CUSTOM WORK
It is possible to order custom lamps, shades, and colors. There will be an up-charge forall custom work.
UL LISTINGS
All lighting fixtures are assembled with UL approved parts. All lighting fixtures can beUL/CL listed; please specify. There may be an additional charge.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are confirmed by a Tracy Glover Studio sales order confirmation. Tracy GloverStudio manufactures, delivers, and invoices orders based on the information on the salesorder confirmation, which is a complete, exclusive, and final statement of the terms andconditions of agreement between Tracy Glover Studio and the purchaser with respect tothe purchase and sale of the goods on order.
CHANGE AND / OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
After the date of order confirmation, orders cannot be changed or cancelled by the customerwithout written consent by Tracy Glover Studio.
PACKING / SHIPPING CHARGES
Prices do not include any packing, crating or shipping charges.
SHIPMENTS
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Cranston, RI.
CLAIMS
All merchandise is packed to comply with carrier requirements. Tracy Glover Studio is notresponsible for damage to goods which occurs in transit or in storage. It is the purchaser'sresponsibility to examine goods upon receipt.
Any claims against Tracy Glover Studio for defects, errors, or shortages must be made bythe purchaser in writing within 5 days after delivery. Failure by the purchaser to make anyclaim against Tracy Glover Studio within 5 days will constitute acceptance of the goodsand a waiver of any defects, errors, or shortages.
RETURNS
No return of goods will be accepted without written consent and shipping instructionsfrom Tracy Glover Studio. This applies to returns of non-defective merchandise. Returnsof non-defective goods, when approved, will be subjected to a 30% restocking chargeand must be in new resalable condition. Returns of defective goods are regulated byTracy Glover Studio policy and must follow Tracy Glover Studio procedure.
WARRANTIES
Tracy Glover Studio warrants its products to be free from defects in materials andworkmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During this warrantyperiod, Tracy Glover Studio will repair or replace at its option, free of charge, productsthat are proven to be defective.
