Amplify Trading would like to invite you to

London’s financial centre for a two day weekend

intensive training programme incorporating all

the core concepts of their renowned financial

market training.

Advances in technology mean you now no longer

need to be based on the trading floor to access

financial markets. This has liberated many new

traders but also greatly increases their

responsibility to understand the products they

trade before they risk their own funds.

New traders must understand how inflation,

interest rates, economic data, market sentiment

and geo-politics all effect the relative valuations

of the assets they trade.

Looking at areas across all asset classes, this two

day programme will delve deep into Global

Macroeconomics, fundamental market drivers

allowing new traders to interpret changing

interdependencies between asset classes. In

addition to this valuable insight into global

macro, clients will receive lectures covering

behavioural finance, allowing them to leverage

their experience and move towards becoming a

consistently profitable trader. Over two days you

will be taken through these core concepts, taken

directly from our flagship career programme, in a

step-by-step process by our Head of Trading,

Piers Curran.

In addition to the theory candidates will be asked

to take part in a number of simulations which

replay market events, allowing candidates to see

first hand what happened to the assets they

trade, and why.

Application

The markets will be closed over the weekend, so we have created a number of interactive simulations where candidates will be asked to apply some of the core theory learned.

Apply your knowledge into the markets in three intense historical market moves and compete against other traders.

All candidates will have extended free access to the Amplify’s virtual trading room after completion of the weekend programme for the rest of the month. Here, they will receive a live connection to the trading floor with support from our experienced team of traders.

We firmly believe a trader must understand what they are trading, before they risk money in the markets. It is

our aim to give you the most comprehensive understanding of the tools and knowledge required to understand

and analyse financial market movement. Saturday covers each asset class in detail and Sunday’s focus is on

Technical Analysis, Behavioural Finance and your own Trading Psychology. Sessions will be delivered by

Amplify’s Head of Trading, Piers Curran and Managing Director, William de Lucy.
