Each Thursday evening during the “Summer” season, Purity Spring offers its guests a wonderful and unique steak, chicken and lobster cookout out on Picnic Island (weather permitting). Reservations are required by noon on Thursday as we need to order and pick up lobsters. We limit the number of reservations available depending on the number of house guests each week, so it is best to make plans as early as possible.

Lobster Cookout entrées include: Garden salad, potato salad, rolls, corn-on-the-cob, chips, watermelon, dessert bars, non-alcoholic beverages.
