Two “Types” of Ads▸ A Master Ad is an ad that was created in the

system by:- Create new (either manually, from bundle, or mass std.)

- Copying an ad

▸ 'Ad Copy' is an ad created in the system during the attachment process of master ad to individual placements.

▸ The connection between the master ad and its copies is kept, and displayed in the ads list.

▸ When editing a master ad, the system will automatically open the edit multiple screen for its copies.

Note: An ad will be created if jpg with no matching swf is found, but not the other way around

Media agency receives all the

assets for the Std. Banners (swfs and jpgs with matching

Upload the folder for creative assets (this can be done

The system scans the folder for

matching names (jpg. & swf.) and creates an ad for

each

You can add a click through to all the ads in one go

Pre-Requisites

▸ A standard banner is made up of an image file, or of an image file and a flash file.

▸ Image and flash file name must match

▸ Flash file with no matching image will show an error and an ad will not be created

What’s a Code Package?

▸ An HTML page, which is designated per site and campaign.

▸ It includes all the placements for a specific campaign for that site, information about it’s status, and the tags themselves.
