ECGPTP Hot Potatoes End of post feedbacksInterim Appraisals!!
Trainer standards state that Trainers must have a full appraisal every 2 years, and an interim appraisal in between.
For East Cumbria Trainers, a peer review of training will count as a interim appraisal and therefore a peer review of your training should take place at least every second year. This is the trainers responsibility to arrange.
After completing your interim peer review of training, please complete the feedback form below and email it to the programme office as evidence of your peer review of teaching.
This form is intended to be filled in by the person RECEIVING THE FEEDBACK, i.e. the APPRAISED.
A peer review of your training may take many different forms, for example; Video analysis of your teaching Feedback from another trainer on a group teaching session you have led Joint tutorial with another trainer Feedback on role play of teaching Developmental chat with another trainer We will contact individual trainers when their annual full appraisal is due. Links to forms and
paper work can be found below.
