    LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

    Due to lack of time proper position of company cannot be analyzed.

    Due to improper communication between

    management & Employees, true information was notrevealed.

    Employee were not very much interested in

    providing maximum help because of their busy

    schedule.

    Some data was confidential and not disclosed as per

    company policies.

    The primary data are those data, which are collected

    afresh, thus happens to be originalin character. It can

    be collected by questionnaires, interview, observationetc.

    2.Secondary Data Collection:

    Secondary data means the one that is already available

    they refer to the data, which has been collected andanalyzed by someone else. In this report the secondary

    data has been collected from the companies Sales

    seniority basis as it is prevailing in Saras Dairy.Employees of Saras Dairy feel that leader ship

    style of their organization should also be taken
