Using a TNA (Training Needs Assessment) helps you identify skill gaps within your team, so that you can fi ll these gaps in a way that links training with departmental and organisational objectives. A needs assessment/survey helps an organisation achieve its goals.

03CONSIDERING LEARNING STYLES AND PERSONALITIESEvery individual has his own preferred way of learning compared to others, therefore it is important to the trainers and educators to understand various styles of learning so that they will be able to eff ectively engage in transferring knowledge and skills.

04TRAINING PLAN DEVELOPMENT

A training plan is a detailed document that guides the planning and delivery of instruction. Whether training people one-on-one or in groups, in person or online, a well-developed training plan allows you to prepare for and deliver thorough and eff ective classes.
