Course is a computer based course designed to train Supervisors on the application of the TTC Fitness
for Duty Policy and Supervisor Procedure. The course outlines the expectations surrounding fitness for
duty and provides detailed instructions for Supervisors on how to carry out fitness for duty investigations
as well as reasonable cause and post-incident alcohol and drug testing referrals. By completing multiple
choice and fact scenario exercises Supervisors will confirm their understanding and apply their learning
on how to effectively deal with alcohol, drug and/or fatigue related incidents involving both contractors
and employees.
Every 24 months after completing this module, you must complete a Fitness for Duty "Recertification"
module.
