Oxygen Forensic BootCamp (OFBC)

This three-day instructor-led training event is geared toward students that have a working familiarity with mobile device acquisition and extraction. This course does not provide hands-on extraction of mobile devices. That topic matter is available in the Oxygen Forensic® Data Extraction course. This course focuses on the analytic analysis and reporting capabilities of the Oxygen Forensic® Detective.

Oxygen Forensic® Detective is the flagship technology of Oxygen Forensics and a world-class suite of tools that allow an investigator to ingest mobile device data from all industry standard extraction formats into a database architecture for single device analysis or multi-device analytics. The recent implementation of the x64 architecture elevates Oxygen Forensic® Detective to an unparalleled level of optimization, efficiency and analysis.

Students will import multiple extraction formats of Android, Apple iOS and other datatypes while learning to use the suite of technology to develop workflows that will enable them to return to their environments and immediately apply new ideas. In addition, students will leave this course with an Oxygen Forensics Learning Management System (LMS) account and in-depth preparation for the new Oxygen Forensic® Detective certification process!

Oxygen Forensic Device Extraction (OFDE)

This five-day instructor-led training event is geared toward students entering the mobile forensic arena that are ready to begin learning the art and science of acquiring data from phones or to simply broaden already existing knowledge. The course focuses on the physical, logical and OxyAgent methods of data extraction from Android and Apple iPhone devices using the Oxygen Forensic® Extractor, a component of the Oxygen Forensic® Detective.

Students will perform hands-on problem solving and data extraction through industry standard methodology and equipment such as Emergency Download (EDL), ADB, Exploits, Boot loaders and other techniques. This course also covers the fundamentals of chain of custody, mobile device seizure best practices and evidentiary differences between acquisition methods.

The course also introduces Oxygen Forensic® Detective and prepares the student for the Oxygen Forensic BootCamp course.

Oxygen Forensic Internet of Things (OFIOT)

This five-day instructor-led training event is geared toward students immersed in the mobile forensic arena that are always in search of new information to broaden their knowledge about new devices and technology always on the horizon. The course opens the investigative mindset, using all facets of the Oxygen Forensic® Detective suite. Attendees will combine app-based data, cloud-based data and device-based data to produce 360-degree investigative landscapes based on the most complete data sets – refined with the best analytic tools in the industry.

Oxygen Forensic Cloud Extraction (OFCE)

This one-day Live ONLINE instructor-led training event is geared toward students that have a working familiarity with Oxygen Forensic® Detective.

Students will configure their own On The Go (OTG) USB device with Oxygen Forensic® KeyScout. KeyScout allows a user to acquire username and password credential sets as well as log on tokens and various additional investigative artifacts. Those credentials will then be used in conjunction with the Oxygen Forensic® Cloud Extractor to dump multiple cloud-based data repositories for analysis with Oxygen Forensic® Detective. Oxygen Forensic® Cloud Extractor currently accesses over 77 cloud-based platforms. This training event will address two-factor authentication issues (2FA) and gather cloud data from (among others):

Apple Services | Google Services (including Google Home) |DJI drone cloudsAmazon Services (including Amazon Echo) | Instagram | Facebook |WhatsApp

Oxygen Forensic Passware Attacks (OFPA)

This one-day Live ONLINE instructor-led training event is geared toward students that have a working familiarity with Oxygen Forensic® Detective.

In this course, students will use the Passware Kit Mobile component of Oxygen Forensic® Detective to recover passwords from, and gain access to, iTunes and Android backups. Students will learn how install and configure distributed workers and tie-in available hardware acceleration components to increase attack efficiency. Using custom dictionaries, custom attack methods and attack wizards will be explored.

Oxygen Forensic® Drone Analysis (OFDA)

This one-day instructor-led training event is geared toward students looking to gain insight into the world of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) forensics. Using Oxygen Forensic© Detective, attendees will learn best practices for data extraction from UAVs, UAV mobile device applications and associated cloud account data. Students will examine these data collections to build a forensic report detailing all activity of a UAV flight including analysis of associated images and movies on SD-cards as well as flight-control black box data.
