Training Process
Preparation for the training
Preparation of the training was conducted since May 2019. Training contents were confirmed by
the Union Minister. Selection of the lecturers was based on their expertise and availability or
nominated by Rector or Professor/Head of respective Department. Lecturers and facilitators
outside DMRs were contacted for availability about 10 days to 2 weeks in ahead and official
invitation for giving lectures was sent via email. Objectives of the training workshop and the
selection criteria were informed on phone with the responsible persons of targeted Departments
one week ahead followed by sending the official invitation letters. Nomination of the participants
was obtained on phone and individual participants were contacted and informed to attend the
