Start with level on fi rst grade.
During the training adjust the level according to the
client’s pulse. Thus, having reached the ideal pulse,
continue the training at that level.
30 minutes of training. During this time you can adjust the infrared heat according to each client’s needs.

Type A radiation generally does not warm, unless they
encounter solid objects (e.g. body parts). There, “heat
stress” is developed (the temperature rises up to 45°C).
This boosts the blood circulation and activates the me-
tabolism. Thus, the transport of oxygen and nutrients to
the tissue and the removal of toxins are improved. Type
A radiation occasionally can positively infl uence symp-
toms of illnesses. Sleeping disorders, limited mobility,
joint pains as well as any kind of infl ammation can be
positively infl uenced by infrared. In case of varices, we
achieved good results, too. (inhaltl. Korrektur)
Type A and type B radiation eliminates cellulitis.
Type B radiation penetrates the dermis. Hence, it already
reaches the lymph channel’s circulation and the detoxifi -
cation. Additionally, there is already situated a big part of
the fat tissue.
Type C radiation can be considered a skin-rejuvenating
radiation as it stimulates the production of collagen and,
hence, rejuvenates the skin.

At the beginning the lamps must not be turned on a 100 % because
1. there is a reorientation to the IR light.
2. even half the intensity is eff ective initially.
On no account should the client be overstrained with the IR radiation! Training with IR radiation is fi ve
times as eff ective as normal training.
Clients will lose an immense amount of water.
Make sure, they drink a lot of water during the training.

After the training the fat cells are converted into sugar
(by the mitochondria) and so the muscles are supplied.
A muscle needs energy. It gets this energy either from
the food or from the fat depot (wherever it can get the
energy the fastest and the easiest). Or to say, wherever
the blood circulation is most active. The more energy
a muscle needs, the more mitochondria are built. The
more mitochondria there are, the more fat gets burnt.
An active lipometa-
bolism is absolutely
necessary for ideal fat
burning.
Even hours later the effective fat burning continues. The
fat depot isolates the cold and the heat. By using IR ra-
diation, even the deepest fat depot can be reached, but
the heat cannot get out again. Hence, the body has to
cool itself. This means stress and energy consumption
(e.g. a house with air condition – the hotter it is in the
house, the more energy needs the air condition to cool
it). So we change the body’s situation into being “heat
stress”.
The lipometabolism is changed compared to when
training with conventional gym machines due to this
changed situation (e.g. cold chamber, deep-sea di-
ving, mountaineering or heat). This situation changes
the conditions and, hence, the body demands more
strength and energy than usual because it needs to ad-
just itself to the new conditions.
A body trying to cope with fever also needs more ener-
gy and burns more fat than a healthy one.
We perceive infrared radiation as pleasant and benefi-
cial. You cannot really feel the heat on the outside, on
the epidermis. So there cannot be the perception of
“too hot”. There is no
possibility of burns.
The pulse serves to ad-
just the training level.
After the training it
would be advantageous for the client to take a shower.
If this is not possible, it is no problem, though. Additio-
nally, it would be great if the client could lie down and
relax about 20 minutes, being well tucked in to enhance
„after-sweating“. The longer the heat stays in the body,
the more intensive is the fat burning.
Completing the training at the bicycle with clothes ma-
kes even more sense, because the heat cannot leave the
body as easy if wearing synthetic training clothes.
Additionally, you could
locally wrap your client
in cling film (where it
is especially required)
during the training for
achieving an even bet-
ter result (keyword “heat stress”).
You can act on the assumption that the client has lost a
few centimetres and some weight already after the first
treatment.
Therefore, we recommend measuring the client imme-
diately before and directly after the first training. This
way you appear very convincing and it is a great basis
for closing the transaction.

Which figure:
• apple shaped figure
• pear shaped figure
Persons with apple shaped figure tend to lose weight
more easily. The fat is concentrated around the belly,
near the heart. Everything situated near the heart can
be reduced faster.
Experiences with running. People slim extremely down
in the face, at the bosom and the upper arm when run-
ning regularly. The thighs tend to remain much the
same to the end. Not until all the other fat is burnt, the
body gets its energy from this harder-to-reach fat. As
the thighs are farther from the heart, their blood circu-
lation is inferior to e.g. the belly.
Therefore, the thighs always remain cold even when
running.
It does not matter which exercise you do for losing
weight. The important thing is a good blood circulation
in those body parts where you want to lose weight (inf-
rared combined with exercise).
Persons with pear shaped figure tend to have more
difficulties losing weight. Also women over the age of
40 encounter difficulties because with increasing age,
the muscles are reducing. Fat is less heavy than muscle
mass. So the body loses its shape, as, though the weight
stays the same for a longer time, the fat increases. How-
ever, for burning fat we need muscle tissue (= fat bur-
ner).
Therefore: training at the ergometer. Building muscles is
important, as only muscles successfully burn fat. At the
beginning the weight possibly stays the same, though
not the inches. That is possible due to the fact that mu-
scle tissue, as we all know, is heavier than fat and musc-
les are building up. The clients should come to infrared
training 2 to 3 times a week. Additionally, they can in-
crease the efficiency by climbing stairs two times a day
for 10 minutes.
This helps losing weight. There is no yo-yo effect either,
as the training keeps building muscle mass which is
continuously working.
Muscles burn the most fat when we are in deep sleep
during the night. Therefore, you should consume suf-
ficient proteins before going to bed, so the muscle has
enough to burn at night while it is active. Muscle twit-
ches are known in animals. In humans it is the same.

Food is very important.
We cannot expect to successfully lose weight while at
the same time still consuming everything we like. Even
though we do a lot of exercise in this phase.
Burning fat correctly and successfully only works if we
eat the correct food. So, after the training you should
only consume protein-rich food with vegetables.
No fruit juices, mineral water with flavour or fast carbo-
hydrates like sugar, pasta or potatoes.
Meat, vegetables & salad
If the body does not want to get rid of things, the intes-
tine is blocked. Stay away from milk products, cheese,
milk, yoghurt; except from cream and butter, as these
have a high fat content – fat is an energy supplier and
has the same purpose as carbohydrates. Combining fat
with carbohydrates is advantageous as the fat depot
gets burnt doing this. Fat feeds off fat, because fat can
only be catabolised in the stomach by energy, i.e. sugar.
Fat also is a kind of brain food. You can eat as many nuts
as you like. Suggestion: nuts with apples.
The clients often believe the fat to be connected to
the cholesterol or the blood lipids.
Triglycerides are part of the fat the body stores in the fat
cells and lead to obesity when excessively consuming
sugar. Some triglycerides are not absorbed by the cells
but remain in the blood. If the triglyceride level is too
high, the triglycerides dangerously thicken the blood
which can lead to a stroke or a heart attack. The trigly-
ceride level is directly
influenced by the con-
sumed food.
The insulin level is ele-
vated by consuming
sugar. The fat cells’ ga-
tes then remain closed like bank vaults. The body can-
not cope anymore with the high need for fat cells and
so it sends them back into the bloodstream. Insulin is an
anabolic hormone which inserts nutrients into the cells.
Next to glucose and protein also fat. Insulin therefore is
an ally for storing fat. The body absorbs sugar, catabo-
lises it where necessary into glucose and then converts
the glucose to triglycerides. Fat cells consist to 99 % of
triglycerides.

Weight reduction stage:
Losing up to 12 kg in one month is a realistic aim. For
achieving this, though, everything has to fit. The intes-
tine is a very important factor for successfully losing
weight.
No milk products.
Maybe even no meat for 10 days (poultry, fish and
seafood). If possible, no kind of animal protein at all in
these ten days.
• Drink special tea to even out the acid-base
balance and take bittering agents
• No kind of sugar
Diet recommendation:
Vegetables, beans, cereals, spelt, pearl barley, buck-
wheat, peas, chickpeas, soy, mushrooms, rice, potatoes,
quinoa, couscous, olive oil, fruit, rapeseed oil, hemp-
seed oil, walnut oil, fish oil.
This is the best way for intestinal cleansing.
If your intestine is free, losing weight is a piece of cake.
Death is hidden in the intestine.
It will feel great to live of such a healthy diet for a change.
Once your clients reached their feel-good weight, they
should keep training once a week with infrared radiati-
on to help them preserving this success.
Infrared treatment is balm not only for the soul but also
for the skin, the figure and the joints. A positive effect
for the whole body.
Additionally, we recommend almond oil as special treat-
ment for your skin. Apply it after showering because
then the skin can better absorb it.
