In order to make our training more accessible, we are happy to bring our training course to you! Travel andaccommodation expenses will be included in your quote for training outside of the Greater Sydney area.Our training comes as a standard package and our trainers will expand and contract different topicsdepending on the learning needs of the group. If you require specific customisation, there will be anadditional fee for service, which we are happy to discuss with you.

Benefits of consumer engagement training This training helps participants to understand the key factors which contribute to successful partnershipswith consumers and community members, through the exploration of our Consumer and CommunityEngagement Model. We assist staff to build their confidence in working with consumers and thecommunity to meet the requirements of Standard 2 of the National Standards for Safety and Quality inHealthcare. Information contained in the workshop includes feedback from consumers about how theybelieve their engagement with health services can be enhanced, as well as providing opportunities forcollaborative peer learning to address engagement needs within your service.
