NEBOSH National General CertificateThe NEBOSH National General Certificate (NGC) in Occupational Safety and Health is a nationally recognised qualification covering the main legal requirements for health and Safety in the UK, a range of workplace hazards and methods of control.

NGC1 – Management of Health & SafetyFoundations of Health & Safety, Policy, Organizing for health & safety, promoting a positive culture, risk assessment, principles of control, monitoring, review and audit, accident investigations

NGC 3 – Practical AssessmentTo satisfy the requirements for the award, delegates must pass the two written papers for NGC1 and 2 plus the practical assessment NGC 3. The practical assessment will be carried at the employees workplace.

Successful completion of the NEBOSH NGC will enable candidates with at least five years experience to apply for Tech IOSH.
