GAFÉIAS Rechnungsprüfung 2013

Prüfung der Finanzgebarung von GAFÉIAS im Hinblick auf die Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Rechnungslegung und die

statutengemäße Verwendung der Mittel:

(1) Die Prüfung des Rechnungsabschlusses 2013 erfolgte von den GAFÉIAS Auditoren stichprobenartig anhand von

Rechnungsbelegen, Kassabelegen, Bankbelegen sowie auf Grund der Vermögensnachweise. Es wurde dabei

Übereinstimmung der Bankbelege mit den gemachten Aufzeichnungen im Sinne einer Einnahmen- und

Ausgabenrechnung festgestellt, die Rechnungslegung erfolgte ordnungsgemäß.

(2) Die Mittel wurden statutengemäß verwendet.

Die Rechnungsprüfer stellen daher einstimmig den Antrag den gesamten Vorstand des Vereins GAFÉIAS für die

abgelaufene Funktionsperiode 2013 die Entlastung zu erteilen.

GAFÉIAS audit 2013

Examination of the financial management of GAFÉIAS with regard to the accuracy of financial reporting and the use

of funds according to the Bylaws and Rules of GAFÉIAS Statutes:

(1) The audit of the financial statements 2013 was carried out by the auditors of GAFÉIAS by random sampling based

on invoice documents, cash receipts, bank statements and on the basis of the proof of assets. Records by bank

statements are in accordance with GAFÉIAS accounting records in terms of revenue and expenditure account,

financial reporting has been accurate.

(2) The funds were used in accordance with the statutes.

The auditors therefore represent the unanimous request of the entire board of the association GAFÉIAS to grant

exoneration for the expired term of 2013.
