Social Media for Academics In this seminar, I will introduce how Twitter can be useful for researchers (& justify why we might invest some of our valuable time in social media!). Next, we will discuss how to create an effective social media presence and, finally, how to navigate the pitfalls and opportunities of social media in academic contexts.
