A transfer is the action of moving customers between two points using any type of vehicle
Our objective is to manage the transfer efficiently, completingall the actions implicated in the Transfer Process and taking intoaccount all quality standards and minimizing the cost, choosingour suppliers very carefully and analytically

They assign the passengers to vehicles; it means that they make a planning of the services = Own transport company

Transfer Area
• It is the minimum expression of the geographical organization of the destination.
Transfer Route
•Grouping of areas with their corresponding hotells.
Hotel
•Considered as a pick up point, it is a hotel registered into the system with a supplier code. Hotel as point of collection it has no supplier code but it is also a pick up point
Transfer Day
• It allows indicating the operational day for your transfer services. This will affect to operation (if service is planned in the day of the service date or on the previos day)
Vehicle
• It is the type of transportation used to move our clients. Most common are bus, minibus and taxi
Supplier
•Company that covers the services that we offer to our clients. There are not only transport suppliers; there are also guides, drivers, airport taxes, luggage supplier, freelance, etc …
