CAN BE CULTIVATED ON A EXTENSIVE VARIETY OF SOILS SUCH AS PEAT SOIL (MALAYSIA), VOLCANIC ASH SOIL (HAWAII, CARIBBEAN AND THE PHILIPPINES) AND SANDY SOIL (SOUTHERN QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA)
