Bogie lifiNg SyStem

Bogie lifting system consist of standard bearings in lift cylinder and bogie axles. simple and easy access design. lifting system hydraulics is made of 1” tubes and hoses to allow best possible flow from cylinder to cylinder.

electric SyStem

electric system is operated by one iFM Cr0020 controller. this mobile controller has iP67 rating and it is designed for severe environmets. lCD panel for service operations and inspections. all sensors i/o status can be checked from lDC panel.

BrakeS diSc / wet diSc

translifter has 4 x 40 caliber and sintered linings as standard in 4 wheels. Cast iron discs brake power is 16,000n per axle. Wet disc brakes as option for very demanding operations. Brake power 40,000 n per axle.

SeNSorS

steering operations and lifting is controlled with Hall sensors. sensors are placed in housings which has ball bearings in the operating axle that protects the sensor for impacts. Fifth wheel can be rotated 360° without damaging the sensor assembly.

Hydraulic Block

translifter main hydraulic block operates all functions. easy access for secvise and inspection. Pressure metering of every function as standard in main hydraulic block.

fiftH wHeel

translifter fifth wheel has taBle Bearing to reduce wear and tear of the king pin. standard components like saF steering wedge and Jost king pin are used. Fifth wheel bearing has automatic greasing.
