Who We Are

Founded in 1989 by joint-CEOs, Paul Beasley and Jon Taylor, the Transline Group nowspans more than 100 sites across the UK, as well as having mature operations in Ireland,Eastern Europe, Canada, Thailand and Dubai.

In 2012, Transline Group launched its Canadian (Transline Group Canada) division afterbeing invited by one of its largest clients to operate at their new facility in Toronto, ON.

Daily: Real-time Attendance / Labour Fulfilment Reporting to Transline & Client Operations. Daily / Shift FLASH Report sent at shift start – sent to Client Supervisory, Operations, Scheduling, Finance and Transline Management Team. Indirect Hours Summary sent at the beginning of each shift for previous day (also sent Weekly and added to the Monthly Cost & Hours Report) – sent to Operations. BioPanel Attendance Report sent to the Finance / Operations teams each day / week (for backup for invoicing). Productivity Reports / Performance tracking for lines or work teams.

Weekly:Daily Cost Report sent weekly – sent to Client Operations, Scheduling, Finance and Transline Management Team. Transline partnered with BioPanel systems to manage all back officeoperations. In essence, BioPanel will become the single platform for Clientto view management information about Hours and Spend, Usage Patterns (i.e. tardinessissues), labour fulfilment and compliance.

BioPanel takes time and attendance to the next level offering clients fullvisibility of Transline’s Labour Supply, Cost and Employee Engagement etc.

BioPanel provides key data for operational, financial and Managerial use.

Data can be exported to external systems and imported from external systems to create a unique data solution.

For Client new hires, the pre-start Orientation / H&S Training will include:
