THE OBJECTIVES OF CARBON-PRO PROJECT
1. Development of shared models to manage forest and agriculture resources aimed at increasing carbon sequestration according to KP
2. To provide policy makers and other stakeholders recommendations, strategies and tools that can be adopted for land planning in forest and agriculture systems in order to enhance their carbon sequestration
ACTIVITIES: 6 WORK PACKAGES
WP1: Transnational data collection and identification of CADSES cross-border areas (target areas)
WP2: Field measurements in target areas (forest and agriculture systems)
WP3: Carbon cycle evaluation in target areas with different management strategies
WP4: Lay out of documents (guidelines of models and Transnational Action Plan) for application of local management strategies according to KP principles (pilot actions)
