Creating an intelligent digital platform with possibilities to transpose transport

services and international expansions, real time transport of goods for the

optimization of transport services, the evidence of provisions and accessing

information about the tariffs, special services, incident evidence, and

transport journal.

international transportation and expenditure in the 3SI Region.

Calendar of implementation

January 2020 – January 2023

• This project connects all interested

transports and international expenditures,

building a common communication and

operating data system.

• This project proposes the establishment of

connections between the logistic nodes of

the Convention countries, with the possibility

of extending to other logistics areas.

• At the same time, the platform optimizes

transport logistics, choosing the best

transport options.

• Both the vehicles and the goods will have

data transmission systems related to traffic,

freight, transport documents, payments,

specific information but also general related

to shipments from signatory countries.

ON THE ECONOMIC CONVERGENCE AND INTERCONNECTIVITY

OF THE REGION

This project is optimizing the transport in the 3SI region, having an

important contribution to the reduction of transportation costs, implicit

reduction of the production costs.

• The monitoring centre should optimize the use of means for

transportation, transport information, and give the possibility of licensing, in

order to obtain a service of transport or a freight forwarding in the 3SI

region.

Budget

Initial working hypotheses:

- estimated budget : 4,500,000 EURO

- 4% the annual interest rate taken into account;

- credit repayment from year 3 (first year of operation);

- a team of approx. 30 people (specialists, technicians,

administrative staff);

-- worked on average values of the three years of

operation, in which the credit will be reimbursed.
