But unfortunately this magnificent city was abandoned due to scarcity of drinking water and Akbar went back to Agra. Continue your drive to Agra, arrive and check in at Hotel. After change and wash visit one of the wonders of the world, Taj Mahal (monument of love), founded by 5th great Mughal Emperor Shahi Jahan in the memory of his beloved queen Anjuman Bano Begum (with love emperor called her Mumtaz ). Day 06. Leh - UltopokoBreakfast at Hotel and leave to Ultopoko enroute visit Monestry Rizong, the school where young lamas are taught Buddism, continue your drive & arrive Uletopko camp site. For sake of words this is a camp site however, location of this cam, site and facilities puts this camp in many ways better than a Hotel. You are surrounded by peaches an apple trees and you are right on a Hill cliff over the river Indus. Overnight at camp with all meals. Afterwards leave to Lamayuru another ancient monestry believed to be made by sowing a seed of barley in a pond.
