By participating in this travelprogram, you authorize AHI Travel, without providing com-pensation to you, or obtaining additional approvals fromyou, to include photographic and video recordings of you,as well as voice recordings included with any videos, inAHI Travel's sales, marketing, advertising, publicity and/ortraining activities.RESPONSIBILITY-AHI Travel and the Sponsoring Associa-tion do not own or operate any entity which providesgoods or services for this program, and act only as agentsfor the independent suppliers of travel conveyance, trans-port, accommodations or other services. All such personsor entities are independent contractors. As a result, AHITravel and the Sponsoring Association are not liable forany negligence or willful act of any such person or entityor any third person.
