What do we require from YOU

We need the net rates discounted with 25% from your Best Available Rate (BAR).

These Net Rates can be increased and decreased online via our extranet at any time, as long as you relatively increase and decrease your rates in other channels.

What do we require from YOU

Base allotment. This is a limited number of rooms that are set aside for Travelmed constantly. The amount of base rooms depends on the hotel size and is negotiated.  

Flex allotment. These are the free sell rooms that you can add or deduct via our Extranet system. This means that you could, for example, add 10 rooms to your flexible allocation one day, then recover these rooms the next day .
