Locate the "Spring Criterion-Referenced Test School/District Achievement Level Report" for ELA and Mathematics and for Science and Social Studies.
CRT Trend Data
Locate the Total column which indicates the number of students that score at each achievement level (for GEE use Initial Testers Only)

Click on the worksheet labeled CRT Data
In the white cells, enter the number of students that scored at each level for each subject in each grade (for GEE use Initial Testers Only).

Click the CRT Table worksheet tab to display the CRT trend data
The CRT Indexes and number of testers will appear on the worksheet labeled CRT Table.

Enter the Testing Year in order to calculate the Index Objectives • The index
objectives will not be calculated without entering the testing year
