TRENDLINE room system.Anything but standard.

The intelligent TRENDLINE room-in-room system combines good looks with a high degree of flexibility. The modular system is based on prefabricated units, making construction and assembly processes particularly straightforward. Versatile rooms with various potential uses can therefore be erected in factories in next to no time. The TRENDLINE room system can be individually adapted and tailored entirely to the needs of its future users. It is assembled quickly, can be up to three storeys high, and can be supplied fully fitted.

The TRENDLINE room system developed by KLEUSBERG enables you to make efficient use of existing space in production halls and distribution warehouses by adding room-in-room solutions up to three storeys high. You can maximise the space available on a small footprint, by adding offices, team rooms or changing rooms, for example. And, as always, TRENDLINE satisfies practically every wish in terms of fittings, convenience and looks. Extensive glazing provides a good view of everything that is going on in the factory. Needless to say, the TRENDLINE room system will meet your fire safety and sound insulation requirements.

Soundproofing. Designed to aid concentration.

In addition to the standard sound insulation (R’w 28 dB), TRENDLINE room systems can be supplied with enhanced soundproofing with a rating of R’w 36 dB, as may be required on noisy production lines, for example. This can provide protection against the consequences of prolonged exposure to noise.

TRENDLINE room system with increased sound insulation:Sound reduction index R’w 36 dB, as measured in building and confirmed by test report number 6556-1 in accordance with ISO 140-5, e. g. at a frequency of 1,250 Hz, R’w 39 dB (may vary from building to building).

• Rock wool insulation with raised relative density/increased tare weight in wall and door panels and in the roof

• Soundproofing double glazing for glass partitions and single/double doors

• Sound insulation sealing package with special sound-absorbing joint sealing tape, fitted between the wall/wall and wall/roof sections and in the individual glass partitions and solid partitions

• Suspended acoustic ceiling providing additional roof soundproofing and optimising the room acoustics

• Soundproofing bottom door seal designed to close the gap between the door and the floor

Optional: Vibration absorbing cushion to reduce structure-borne sound

The above features can be combined individually depending on the specifications or requirements.

In order to be able to provide you with soundproofing ratings achieved in practice, KLEUSBERG generally carries out tests on the fully-installed TRENDLINE room system, taking account of all wall, door and roof sections. This is due to the inaccuracy and unsuitability of conventional methods of measurement used with other systems.
