The RePlant, RePlus and ReActive Implants are mounted on color-coded fixture-mounts, designed for use as implant level transfers or shortened to function as abutments. A cover screw is included in each vial. The RePlus fixture-mount is provided with a snap-on comfort cap.

To establish the optimum angle of the abutment, indexthe flat surface of the Fixture Mount/Transfer eithertoward or away from the desired direction of abutmentangle at the time of implant placement.

Orienting the 15º Angled AbutmentThe flat side of the Fixture Mount/Transfer [Fig. 1] and the angle of the 15° abutment [Fig. 2]are manufactured to align with the outer radius of one of the implant’s three internal lobes.

7. Seat denture over Titanium TemporaryAbutment to confirm passive placement. Checkocclusion with opposing arch. Occlude screwaccess hole with cotton pellet.

1. Unthread the healing collars from the implantusing appropriate driver. The top of the implantsare exposed.

10. Optional step: Attach implant analogs tobase of denture. Pour a soft tissue working castto prevent engagement with undercuts.Articulate with opposing arch.

6. Use acrylic trimmer to drill holes throughdenture corresponding to marked positions.

3. Place the fixation screw through theabutment and tighten in place using the appropriate driver. The torque value of the fixation screw is determined by clinician.Standard torque value is 30Ncm.

12. Attach prosthesis to implants and tighten inplace using the appropriate tooling. Occludescrew access holes with material of choice.

2. Use the prepared implant fixture mount as atemporary abutment (reshaping of tri-lobe atapex is essential) or select the TitaniumTemporary Abutment matching the implantprosthetic platform.

11. Remove denture and trim the prosthesis toallow access for patient cleaning. The prosthesisis now a fixed restoration, removable by clinician only.

5. Mark position of Titanium TemporaryAbutments on under surface of denture withindelible marker.

4. Confirm there is less than 40 degrees of relative divergence between abutments to besplinted together.

8. Use autopolymerizing acrylic or similar lightcure material to attach prosthesis to TitaniumTemporary Abutments. Allow to set prior toremoval from mouth.

9. Remove prosthesis from the mouth, flip over to expose tissue side. Use additional autopolymerizing resin to fill in any voidsaround the processed abutments.

Contoured Abutments with 0, 30, 60 or 90 Degree Tri-Lobe Offset

Implant with tri-lobe aligned to labial. Rotate transfer and seat mating tri-lobes.

Make transfer impression using vinylpolysiloxane material.

Evaluate rotational position of tri-lobefor selection of straight and angled contoured abutments

1. Tri-Lobe aligned perpendicular tolabial. (0 degrees offset)

1. Tri-Lobe aligned 30 degrees counter-clockwise to line perpendicular to labial.

1. Tri-Lobe aligned 60 degrees counter-clockwise to line perpendicular to labial.

1. Tri-Lobe aligned 90 degrees counter-clockwise to lineperpendicular to labial.

2. Dimple of Alignment Tool isperpendicular to labial: 0 degree offset of implant tri-lobe.
