Summary

Purpose of trial : To make comparison EcNo level when changing parameter 1. PCPICH Power 2. Total DL Power

Conclusion : 1. By increasing PCPICH from 330dBm to 360dBm : RSCP is maintained EcNo is slightly improve on some spot 2. Change MAXTXPOWER from 460dBm to 430dBm : RSCP is slightly decreased at some spot EcNo is slightly improved on some spots. 3. Best EcNo distribution (samples of >= -12 dB) found in 2nd scenario when CPICH set to 36

dBm while Max Tx Power set to 46 dBm (40W), equal to 10% proportion.
