Bhagat Singh is not only a popular hero of India, he is also popular in south Asia and likely to emerge an icon of youth at world level along with che guvera in the times to come. Early life- Bhagat Singh (September 27, 1907 - March 23, 1931) was an Indian Sikh freedom fighter, considered to be one of the most famous martyrs of the Indian independence movement. For this reason, he is often referred to as Shaheed Bhagat Singh (the word shaheed means "martyr"). He is also believed by many to be one of the earliest Marxists in India and has been labelled so by the Communist Party of India (Marxist) . He was one of the leaders and founders of the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. Bhagat Singh came from a family of patriots and freedom fighters. His uncle, Ajit Singh was a pioneer in opposing the Colonization Act 1905 and had to remain in exile till the country gained independence. His father also was an active participant in the struggle for the liberation of the country from the colonial rule. While as a student Bhagat Singh came under the influence of the revolutionaries. The October revolution led by Lenin attracted Bhagat Singh and he started to collect and read the literatures about socialism and socialist revolution.

Introduction-

When the Supreme Court of india established a museum to display landmarks in the history of Indian judicial system, It also put on display records of some historic trials., The first exhibition that was organized was the “Trial of Bhagat Singh”. It was opened on September 28,2007, on the occasion of the birth centenary celebrations of one of the most significant among martyrs and popular heroes, Norul Hooda, curater of the museum , and Rajmani Srivastava of the national Archives worked to collect documents, items like bomb shell remains, pictures and publications. Not of all what was collected could be displayed in the exhibition. In 2008, the supreme court digitalized the exhibits. Some of Bhagat Singh's rare writings thus came to light for the first time since he was executed on March 23, 1931 at the Lahore Central Jail along with
