“I could not be happier with my decision to complete my yoga teacher training through Karo and Ajay’s school last May. I was traveling throughout India and wanted to complete my 200 hours but was very  about choosing the right school. I’m so blessed and fortunate to have chosen Trimurti Yoga and the experience continues to resonate with me daily. The instruction is very thorough and covers a huge spectrum of material. I felt very comfortable with all the teachers. Yogesh’s knowledge of Pranayama, diet and yogic philosophy was very impressive. I love some of the breathing techniques he taught. Karo is nurturing, sensitive and a wonderful teacher. She is great at teaching adjustments and creating dynamic, confident instructors. My favorite tip from her that I use almost every time I teach is practicing alongside your students, right next to them, when demonstrating. Ajay is very laid back and welcoming, he makes everyone feel comfortable and at home. The whole team works to accommodate each individuals needs and requests. I now live in New Orleans and have been teaching since completing the program. I teach at a few different studios throughout the city and I’ve found the transition into life as a yoga teacher to be much easier than I initially expected. I’m very happy with my choice to teach yoga and I think it will be a lifelong journey!”
