Danke!

Thank you, thank you to everyone who supported the Third Ward Capital Campaign!

It started with the Irish Fest TPT Tasty Tuesday’s and we appreciate everyone who donated or purchased food. What a fun way to spend summer nights at the studio!

The Trinity Oktoberfest party was such a fun night! Thank you to everyone who attended or sup-ported it in any way…purchasing tickets, donating / winning an auction item, donating gift cards, purchasing a pint glass, volunteering to help make sure the event went smoothly, cleaning the studio floors and mirrors, making a financial donation, and more. We are truly appreciative and humbled by your spirit of generosity.

Congratulations to Theresa Sebestyen for winning the “Vote for your Favorite Beer Stein” Contest. Theresa was the lucky winner of a Milwaukee Food Tours gift certificate!

Congratulations to Lindsay Bosler for winning the signed poster and private dance lesson with Natalie Howard!

Thank you to Mary Oliver and Courtney Quinn for all your encouragement and support as we planned the Oktoberfest party!

Community Outreach!

Please consider sharing this with your school:

In line with our mission to elevate our communities and as a thank you for helping the Trinity Irish Dancers, we have a few things we wanted to make you aware of:

● If your school or PTA is willing to distribute our flyers, either hardcopy or electroni-cally, please email [email protected] to obtain flyers. Then, when you con-firm your school distributed our flyer, we will post a thank you naming the school in our bi-monthly internal newsletter that reaches over 600 Trinity families. NOTE: we distribute our flyers to preschool through 3rd grade, so if requesting hardcopy, please obtain headcount through 3rd grade.

● If your school does a fundraiser, please contact Cynthia Oblein at [email protected] and we will provide a donation basket that includes a discounted tuition offer and is valued at $150, minimally.

● Trinity offers an Outreach Program wherein we can visit your school and teach a free lesson and share some information about Irish culture and the Gaelic language. The program runs 30-60 minutes for approximately 20-40 students and begins at $60 on up. Please contact Cynthia if you are interested in this program for your school. [email protected]

Thank you to schools Brilliant Beginnings Child Care Waunakee and St. John Waunakee for distributing our flyers last month!

TPT is here!!

Exciting news! TPT registration opens TODAY! Participating in our performance program is an incredible way for dancers to build confidence, hone their skills and technique, make lifelong friends, and share their love of Irish dance with their community. Keep an eye out for an email with all details on the program and how to register!

Families, It’s time to start thinking about St. Patrick’s Day! If you have ideas for shows or think your dancer’s school would be interested in having Trinity perform, the time to approach them is now! Schools have schedules and budgets set early in the year. We have a reduced rate for schools for a 30 min. show. Most schools have a PTA or Home and School association that has funds to cover costs for events that are music/arts/culture related. We fall under all three categories.

SCHOOL DATE: FRIDAY, MARCH 16th

* additional school day options will be decided at a later date and will depend on how many shows are being requested and how many dancers are available a second day *

If you have family/friends in an assisted living center that would be interested in having Trinity perform for their residents now is the best time to secure them for our Outreach day. Most plac-es are finalizing the February/March schedules.

OUTREACH DATE: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24th

What to do if you want to suggest a show? 1. Open the form for the location you will be taking TPT classes and submit your suggestions. You can skip any section you do not have a suggestion for. 2. If it's a school show, check on the date to make sure school is in session first. Secondly, see if the principal/PTO is interested in having Trinity. Then, submit the information using the form.

3. If you are suggesting an Outreach show, see if the date works for the center and confirm that there is interest before sending in the suggestion.

4. If you have any other show idea or suggestion (Parish parties, fish fry’s, local events or more) all you need to do is submit the event and date by using this form.
