The Tritech Continuous Emissions Monitoring system comprise Marine Type approved Analyzers as per the mandatory specification and performance standard of IMO MECP 177 (58) NTC for accurate direct measurement of SOx by the UV-Flourescent method, NOx by the Heated Chemiluminscent (HCLD) method and CO2 by the NDIR method.

The emissions sample is extracted by a dilution sampling probe directly mounted on the engine exhaust stack through a gas tight connection with a fixed or portable “Bolt on Bolt off ” flanging arrangement. The data from the analyzers is interfaced with multiple engine, boiler and ambient sensors and the signals are processed by a dedicated data-logger through a proprietary software executable via an interactive panel PC. Calibrations, Tests and report generation are menu driven and all reports are archived for a minimum period of three months with GPS generated time, date and ships position stamps. The Calibration, Test and Report generation procedures are tamper proof.

The Method: The vacuum ejector (no moving parts) draws the diluted sample extracted by the dilution probe in the exhaust stack to a central cabinet housing the SOx, NOx and CO2 analyzers.

Engine efficiency indexing as per SOx-NOx-CO2 emissions. Submission of verified emission report to flag state for NOx tax rebates, NOx - ECA compliance, SOx- SECA compliance and to EU Commission for CO2 market based measures.

Each vessel real-time Continuous Engine Emission Monitoring and reporting for SOx-NOx-CO2. With Report Archive, Minimum 3 months. SOx and CO2 measurement reported by calculation or by direct measurement as per customer’s requirement for compliance with IMO Marpol Annex VI, ECA- SECA limits and EU regulations.
