Troubleshooting steps incase of technical issues

Instructions:

To update your skills, go to: https://people.deloitteresources.com OR visit your DPN profile https://people.deloitteresources.com.

Delete cookies and temporary Internet files:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. In the Menu bar Click on Tools Internet Options.

3. Click on Delete Button under Browsing History.

4. Make sure you check Cookies and Temporary Internet files (you might want to uncheck History and Saved passwords in order to preserve your Browsing History and saved passwords).

5. Click on Delete and once the process is completed, close all the Internet Explorer windows.

6. Open DPN and go to your profile and try editing your profile.

Once you upload the skills, it takes 24 to 48 hours for the skills to replicate in your DPN profile.

***********Please raise a ticket with [email protected] if you are facing any technical issues while uploading your skills on DPN; however, in order to reduce the volume of tickets being raised with DTTL request you to follow the above mentioned steps before raising a ticket*************

Please let us know if the issue is resolved. Please send us a copy of your skillset list, so that we can upload if you are still not able to upload in the meanwhile.

Request you to raise a ticket with [email protected] if:

You do not have a profile on DPN

You are facing any technical difficulties while uploading your skills on DPN

You have already uploaded your skills in the past six months but you have still received this email, and/or

You have uploaded your skills recently but they are still not reflecting on DPN (please cross check DPN within 48 hours once you upload your skills)
