Redemption Tip #26 Make More Money using 18” Knobby Balls in Your Cranes! We share results of user experiences There is more money to be made on your BIG crane machines while increasing customer satisfaction. Using 16” to 18” Knobby balls in a giant crane has proven to be an extremely effective merchandising idea. A few operators have shared their experiences with us. It is always great to hear about how our ideas have helped our customers. – Frank Bejbl The Giant Crane at Rule 3® has only grossed $315,000 over a 6-year period. Averaging about $52,500 gross per year, or about $4, 375 average per month. -Bob Davis / General Manager, Shaffer Entertainment A little over 2 ½ years ago, we really wanted to raise the sales in our Giant & Big One cranes. We were advised to convert from large plush to 18” Knobby balls. We tried it and boy did it pay off! We were averaging around $500-$700 in sales every week with the large plush. When we switched, we immediately saw a rise in sales and now currently average $3,000 in sales every week and go up to $5,000 to $6,000 per week during our busy months! -Mandy Solomon / Director of Redemption Operations, America’s Incredible Pizza Company The 18” Knobby balls have been great for us. So much so that we have three Big One Cranes and all three have 18 inch Knobby balls. Once the first kid wins a ball, there are soon more kids trying to win and watching the other kids play. We programmed our cranes to pay out about one in every 3 to 4 plays. I would highly recommend using Knobby balls in these cranes. We have tried large plush and were not nearly as successful as the Knobby balls. What better advertising than a bunch of kids bouncing balls all over your game room! -Andy Marques / General Manager, Gameroom Sawgrass We added 18” Knobby balls to our Big One crane and now average a consistent $1500 per week in revenue! The customers win and so do we! Great move and thanks to Rhode Island Novelty for the tip! -Jay Trietley / General Manager, Alley Cats Entertainment Ctr.

Redemption Tip #26 Make More Money using 18” Knobby Balls in Your Cranes! We share results of user experiences

There is more money to be made on your BIG crane machines while increasing customer satisfaction. Using 16” to 18” Knobby balls in a giant crane has proven to be an extremely effective merchandising idea. A few operators have shared their experiences with us. It is always great to hear about how our ideas have helped our customers. – Frank Bejbl

The Giant Crane at Rule 3® has only grossed $315,000 over a 6-year period. Averaging about $52,500 gross per year, or about $4, 375 average per month.

-Bob Davis / General Manager, Shaffer Entertainment

A little over 2 ½ years ago, we really wanted to raise the sales in our Giant & Big One cranes.

-Mandy Solomon / Director of Redemption Operations, America’s Incredible Pizza Company

The 18” Knobby balls have been great for us.

-Andy Marques / General Manager, Gameroom Sawgrass

We added 18” Knobby balls to our Big One crane and now average a consistent $1500 per week in revenue! The customers win and so do we! Great move and thanks to Rhode Island Novelty for the tip!
