ferral data, notice/consent documents, as-

sessment reports and supporting

tions and the IEP. Records on stu-

dents with disabili-ties who left the

district prior to the 2012-2013 school

year will be de-stroyed. Reasons

for leaving include: graduation; dis-missal from spe-cial education;
