• U-shaped cross-section boom has small depth-width ratio, strong bearing capacity, small deformation, strong anti-bending and powerful lifting capacity. The main boom length is 10.6 m to 41.0 m, the performance of mid-extended boom and fully-extended are also superior.
• Plug-in boom head effectively increases the boom connect length and reduces boom deformation. Embedded sliders are equipped, which enlarge the contact square and reduce the contact stress of boom.
• With 9-speed transmission equipped, it has superior travel and grade ability. The max. grade ability is 40%, max. travel speed is 90 km/h.
• Open type fixed displacement pump and variable displacement motor system is adopted. Double pump confluence is used in main operation, which meets the requirements of speed and reduces the energy consumption and system heat effectively. The load sensitive system that researched and developed by ourselves contributes to smooth operation, high efficiency and energy saving. Particular slewing technology realizes smooth slewing and no jitter. Free fall is adopted in the elevating system, which effectively realizes energy-saving. The counterbalance valve adopts over-load compensated technology to ensure crane fall smoothly. Equipped with new hydraulic variable displacement motor with large original torque to ensure no gliding during second-lifting, improve working efficiency.
• The boom telescoping system of XCMG had obtained Chinese patent, effectively prevent occurrence of telescoping cylinder bending and boom broking cause by mis-operation, and therefore operation safety is improved.
• The arrangement of jib stowed under boom is designed to facilitate operations in confined space, which is suitable for applications in southeast Asian countries, such as Thailand.
• Duplex mode of the engine working condition, uses higher power during normal driving to ensure the driving performance of the vehicle, uses less power when working on the superstructure as much as possible to reduce fuel consumption.
• Equipped with load moment limiter, with temperature control and backlight dot matrix LCD color display, crane operation parameters can be displayed visually and clearly in text and graphic way, to make a variety of working conditions at a glance. Equipped with overload devices to ensure crane safety, has height limit, safe direction detection and other security devices and lighting device for night operations. Equipped with hoisting balance valve, telescoping balance valve, elevating balance valve, slewing buffer valve, hydraulic two-way valve, lever spring-back middle position system, and striking symbol of safety are equipped to ensure job security.
• We used XCMG mature design concept and software of INTRALINK design platform, Proe, Ansys, Adams etc., the key components of the boom, turntable, frame, outriggers, power system and transmission system were analyzed to ensure reliability of the design. Measures are taken to prevent errors, electrical wiring carried out by the line number to prevent misconnection. Common parts are selected to keep the greatest same with extent crane, to ensure good maintenance of the parts.
• The main performance parameter of the lifting can be monitored and displayed, the necessary test points are set in the electrical and hydraulic system (such as 1-chasiss multi-valve measuring points, 2- back clogged oil filter contamination sender, 3- the main pump P1 and P2 measuring points , slewing pump P3 and pilot pump P4 measuring points, 4-gas pressure low alarm, 5- power parts: engine speed and urea level indicator), to facilitate testing and fault isolation. With attendant tools and spare parts, ease for common fault diagnosis and repair.
