I’m the guy who likes to play second trumpet in a brass quintet. I’ve been doing just that since 1970 in the Royal Court Brass. I also
play in a couple of community groups on the Peninsula, including the Golden Gate Radio Orchestra and Paul Price’s Society
Orchestra. In addition, I do some brass quartet/quintet arranging and conducting.
My “day gig” is as a computer science instructor at College of San Mateo. I also work on special projects for the school’s workforce
development department, and serve as a liaison from CSM’s career education program to the K-12 schools in San Mateo County.
Previously, I worked at Signature Systems and Qantel Business Systems. I am a graduate of San Francisco State University (Statistics
and MBA).
