LOCATION: Long Son is a special island with aquaculture and

“Ong Tran” religion.

FUNCTION: The building is separated into 3 parts: kitchen area,

floating and on-ground restaurant. It not only satisfy located

people’s fooding but also being a landmark to Long Son island.

CONCEPT: The image of boats standing in a pot is applied to

facade of on-ground and floating restaurant. The ambient

harmony is must by using traditional style.
